Atomic Dodger
Dodger is Roger’s evil identical twin (identical except that Dodger wears an orange visor and has a five o'clock shadow while Roger does not) and is a very evil and dangerous criminal.
Personality[]
Dodger is unlike his brother, who redeemed himself, as he committed a series of crimes with no hesitation. Dodger is fully aware of his vile nature out right telling his brother that he’s a criminal and he is supposed to be evil. Dodger also teases brother on having a crush on Betty.
Dodger’s villainous ways may stem from his belief that their mother liked Roger more than him. Roger, for the most part, is jealous that Dodger has real hair, unlike him.
History[]
In Betty's Secret Admirer, Dodger masqueraded as his brother and made it seem like it was an act of love for Betty, since he knew Roger liked her. After Roger caught up to him, Dodger revealed his plan to destroy galactic HQ with a monster, though Roger appeared and saved Betty, revealing Dodger's act. Dodger and Roger fought before being grabbed by the monster until Betty saved them.
Once Betty defeated the monster, she gave Roger credit for helping her and he is reinstated as a guardian, to his delight. Dodger on the other-hand was taken into custody and swore revenge, he also told Roger to tell their mother he'll be late for dinner.

- Dodger dislikes that people are shocked that he and Roger are twins.
- He may have tried to be a guardian, as he mentions they rejected him though covered it up.
- He is very afraid of his mother as seen when Roger threatened to tell on him.
