Duncan Paine, nicknamed "Flunkin Duncan", (voiced by Peter Oldring) is Moose Jaw Heights Junior High's resident school bully, and likes Penelope, although he had a small crush on Paloma in the episode "The X-Rays". Duncan Paine bosses people around, like Penelope, though he is not really that descriptive on any show, but "Bracelet Yourself" where he tampered with Betty's bracelet which is property of the Galactic Guardians, and ended up endlessly insulting Maximus with it.
