Juanita (voiced by Nissae Isen) is a Galactic Guardian who is responsible for Paloma's safety. She is introduced as Paloma's younger sister. Betty and her friends were unaware of her being a Galactic Guardian. She is single-handedly locked up Sparky and X-5. Betty claims answers from her being a Guardian, but she is never got them because she and Paloma left. She is Latina-Canadian like her sister Paloma.
Like her sister, Juanita has pretty brown eyes. She dons pigtails. She wears a layered yellow shirt with a winged heart design and blue jeans.

- Nissae, the voice of this character and the sister of Tajja Isen (who provided the voice of Betty Barrett), was also voicing several characters in Canadian television including Yuri in My Big Big Friend, George in Miss BG, Kate in Will and Dewitt and Trollee in Mike the Knight.
