"Make a Wish" is a Season 3 episode of Atomic Betty.
Plot[]
Atomic Roger travels to the planet Cyconia, and drinks the waters of a fountain he believes will give a person eternal youth, after returning to Headquarters, he discovers he has gained the power to grant the wishes of one other person - Betty. Betty's secret thoughts come true and start causing major problems – which is all a part of Roger’s makeshift plan. He figures if he can make Betty go crazy, he can take over her spot as the galaxy's greatest Galactic Guardian! While Betty tries to figure out what’s happening to her, the keepers of this power are out to reclaim it.
