Neutropians are Sparky's species, they are short beings, with green skin, pure white eyes, and a dark green nose reminiscent of a pickle. Some have darker green patches on their that could be freckles, some also have blue hair. Neutropians possess four stomachs, which make them constantly hungry. Their diet consists of foods that would be considered quite disgusting to normal beings, such as caramel slugworms, and Berrlian eyeball soup.
