Penelope's dog, Poopsie
Poopsie was Penelope's pet Pomeranian. She died in the episode, "The Market". Similar to how her owner Penelope seemed to enjoy tormenting Betty, Poopsie seemed to enjoy tormenting Purrsy. It is unknown what she died of, but it was possibly old age.
Poopsie was indeed a dog, since she ate bones and had a doghouse.
