Roxanne (Tajja Isen) is one of the Betty Clones, identical clones of Atomic Betty created by Maximus, along with Optica and Destructa. She is the blue clone, with the power of stretching her body like rubber. She was originally known as Clone Betty 3, but was later named Roxanne after Roxanne the Rubber Woman, whose DNA was also used to create her.
