"The New Neighbor" is a Season 2 episode of Atomic Betty.
Plot[]
When Nuclea moves into Maximus' territory in space, he wages war against her. Meanwhile, Betty has a new friend, named Paloma who just moved into the neighborhood, making Noah jealous. When trouble is brewing between both Paloma and Noah, and Maximus and Nuclea, it's up to Betty to settle both of their rivalries.
