The last paragraph is this:
"After 9 years in development hell, the project was revealed in early 2019 to have been cancelled. According to a staff at Atomic Cartoons, the characters had moved away (this confirms that the characters from Atomic Betty had gone their own separate ways)."
I'm a little confused by the wording here, does this mean the characters in universe moved away and gone their separate ways? Or is it talking about the staff, like the creator, director, voice actors and such?
