"Wizard of Orb" is a Season 1 episode of Atomic Betty.

Plot

Betty must travel to the planet Mortavio to rescue the good king R-Turmex, who has been captured by the evil wizard Solovem, master of black magic. Meanwhile on Earth, Betty, Noah, Penelope, and others compete in a skateboarding competition.

Trivia

• Though he doesn't appear after this episode, for some reason, Solovem is in the opening sequence of Mission: Earth.
• In the end, during Betty skating in the competition, the song, "That's What I Do" is heard, similar to the episode "A Dream Come True".
• The title of this episode is a play on the 1939 movie The Wizard of Oz.
• When Noah crashed in the skateboard competition that was the same animation as when he tried to ride down the ramp in the skateboard park in a later episode, "The Big Dig".
